Due to the retirement of a partner, we are looking for oncological reinforcement at the St. Gallen site. The St. Gallen site is a unit with a total of approx. 50 employees, including 9 medical oncologists/haematologists and 5 breast surgeons. We treat the entire spectrum of oncology/haematology (excluding acute leukaemia). Our surgeons operate at the Hirslanden Stephanshorn Clinic, where we also participate in 3 specialist tumor boards and can offer our oncology patients inpatient care.
We are looking for the St. Gallen location by arrangement
a Medical Oncologist, 70-100%
Your profile
- You have completed a specialist examination in medical oncology or hematology, ideally with several years of experience working independently as a senior physician or head physician
- You are characterized by a communicative, integrative and empathetic personality and enjoy interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration in a large team
- You enjoy working on the further development of the center and contributing your ideas to a dynamic team with flat hierarchies
- Their strength lies in the personalization of patient care
- You will meet the challenges of modern oncology through continuous further training and interdisciplinary exchange

The Tumor and Breast Center Eastern Switzerland offers the entire spectrum of oncological and in some cases also senological services at 4 locations in Eastern Switzerland (St. Gallen, Rapperswil, Chur, Wattwil), and we also provide oncological care for the two cantons of Appenzell. With currently 5 senologists and 13 oncologists, we network our expertise and also enable a certain degree of specialization. The center is characterized by its patient-centred approach, proven expertise and high quality of treatment. Our services are provided professionally, personally and in a family atmosphere.
For the Wattwil site, we are looking for a new
Certified oncology nurse 40 - 60 % (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Care of oncology patients and their relatives
- Preparation and administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and antibody therapies
- Nursing care, advice and support for patients throughout their therapy
- Recording and documentation of care services
- Charging for medication, materials and services
Your profile:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF with experience in medical oncology, preferably with advanced specialist training in oncology or comparable qualification
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience
- Service-oriented way of working and enjoy dealing with people
- Networked and forward-looking way of thinking
